Peyton & Lexi were so much fun to photograph! With bouts of seriousness alternating with bouts of laughter we were able to capture so much soul and energy with these two! <3

Stray Away
This fall I began a new journey, one that strays away from photography. I decided
to review my goals I had set for myself, and go with my life long dream
to become a GI doctor. My part time photography business has become more of a hobby.
Initially, I did go through a with draw; however, being a full time student and a full time mom filled
my time quite well. As finals for this semester neared, I needed a nice relaxing break
from the books and pulled out my camera and tripod.

Stamper Wedding
Where to start with Danielle and Corey's wedding?
They are oh so adorable! Oh so in love! And oh so perfect for one another!
I had quite a few moments during this day where I had to dab my eyes,
which btw, has never happened to me.
Danielle decided to do a first glimpse with her father, which started round one of my water works.
I love to see the emotions of a first glimpse. Her father's reaction showed us that choosing to
do one was a great idea!
You see that behind her? That is a 51/52 Ford F1. Ah-mazing! This was her grand entrance, and
I don't think it could have been anymore grand that this.
Baby Carly
Carly was such a little cutie, and big sister was such a good little helper.
I have never had a sibling comfort a NB as much as she did.
She would stroke her head to get her to sleep, and come running at the first sign of Carly crying.
Totally presh! I love to photograph NBs! I love being able to create a OOAK scene
and setup for theme. I would also like to add that at no point was baby left alone.
Moms hands were on her 24/7 and my hubba love played a nice assistant during this
session as well. Baby safety comes first.
Stevens
I truly adore when family asks me to do their session.
I'm not sure why, but I see it as a true honor to
be asked to do them. Cherish is my amazingly gorgeous cousin.
I have been blessed with some amazing clients to photograph but Cherish and her husband
Rodney connect so much that their love is truly shining in their pictures!
C & R are just so spunky and outgoing that I knew this session was going to be a blast!
P.S. Can you tell she has birthed 4 children? I know, jealous right? ;)

Baby G is 6 months!!
What can I see about this extremely sweet little boy?
For starters, Gunner here was my FIRST newborn boy to photograph!
He did sooo amazing for me during our first shoot, and this session was just as amazing
thanks to this little fella. At 6 months old he has such a big personality.
It is always hard to photograph such cute babies, mostly because all you want to do is
play with them. I can not resist a quick share of his NB session to! <3
And here is Gunner as a NB :)) I know, I cant help but "awwwww" at them to!

She can read!!
As most of you know my oldest started Kindergarten this past August. She started off perfectly and within
2 months was reading a few words here and there from our books picked to read
during our "reading circle". Shortly after that we soon realized we couldn't spell out words in front
of her anymore (I know us moms are soooo guilty of it!) This past Christmas I tested her. She kept asking for one of her presents early so I told her if she could read what I wrote she could have it. "Hello Kitty Jewelry Box" written in all
caps to test her ability. A few sounding outs, and she nailed it.
the same thing in mind, to read! I am so addicted to buying books for my girls, and yet I am glad I am.
Reading to a child opens their imagination, and since we started at such an early age for her
it made her first year at "big girl school" so much easier on her. Today she came home from school, headed straight to her room to find another read, and announced she has read all of her books. This fun shoot was her idea. and the fist in the air is her "I CAN READ" pose! <3
